Well, This Guy's Picture Doesn't Look That Funny!
Jim Colliton has grown up in the suburbs and now lives with his wife and three children in the suburbs. What does he talk about? If you have ever been embarrassed about the contents of your recycling bin or tried to kill a flying bat in your house you will find Jim's comedy hilarious. If none of these thing hits home, Jim has also stolen a school bus and everyone finds that story funny.
Jim's love for performing comes out every time he takes the stage, whether performing for 30, 300 or even 3000 people (yes, this has happened a few times). Jim's comedy is funny, but also clean. This has helped him stay busy working all across the country. Jim has been seen on national television shows like Ed McMahon's Next Big Star, Comcast Comedy Spot Light and Comedy Central Laugh Riots. Jim can also be heard on XM Satellite Radio's Comedy Channel.
Boston's Gary Marino is a comedian, musician, published author, film-maker and live show producer. He has performed at Showcase Live at Gillette Stadium, Newport Grand Casino, Chatham Bars Inn and resorts such as The Cape Codder, Seacrest, Burke Mountain, Wachusett and Gunstock among many other venues. Marino recently opened for acclaimed humorist Loretta LaRoche and shared the stage with Lenny Clarke at 5th Annual The Cape Cod Comedy Festival. When not hosting shows, charity events and cooking competitions, Marino can be found performing with his comedy band "World Gone Crazy: The Comedic Rock & Roll Circus" which has been touring New England since 2011. The group performs song parodies, impressions, fake commercials and audience interactive comedy routines. With World Gone Crazy Marino gets to explore everything he loves: playing drums, singing leads and background vocals, performing stand up and writing sketches for an ensemble cast of funny musicians. In the summer of 2016 Marino and World Gone Crazy had a weekly residency aboard the Music City Queen in Boston Harbor.
In the past Marino appeared regularly on ABC's "Live With Regis & Kelly", Fox News over 300 radio stations nationwide and in print media such as USA Today and People Magazine. He served as media spokesman for Sheraton Hotels and Blue Cross Blue Shield as well.
Marino got his start in the late 1980s as a producer, writer and on-air side kick on KISS 108FM and has guest hosted on morning shows on WROR-FM and WTKK-FM among others. These days Marino can be heard guest hosting "The Morning Show with Dana & Mugs" on North Shore 104.9FM along with fellow comedian Kevin Mugs McGonagle.
Marino's 2008 documentary "Million Calorie March: The Movie" won the prestigious International Freddie Health Award (essentially medical Oscar) where he received congratulations live via satellite from U2's Bono. The film received a broadcast offer from TLC Network and is distributed by AMAZON and in schools and libraries across the US and Canada. Gary's book "Big & Tall Chronicles" was published by Barnes & Noble's I-Universe Publishing and received an in-store roll out in B&N bookstores from Hawaii to Boston in 2005.
Marino's company, Harmon-Marino Live, produces live shows and customized theme events for resorts, casinos and special events across New England. Since 2004, Gary has been a humorous keynote speaker for United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and at conferences across the USA delivering over 200 keynotes across the country.
Beantown Pastrami Company is based on the simple premise that a World-Class city like Boston needs a world-class pastrami sandwich - either as good as or better than New York City. We are talking pastrami as it should be - brined, rubbed, smoked and steamed to tender and juicy perfection - and served on fresh baked light rye with perfectly made mustards. As cited in the Boston Globe ("Beantown Pastrami Co. sandwiches give New York a run for its money.")
Now you can get this world-class pastrami in Beverly - ONLY at 9 Wallis!
Beantown Pastrami goes through "a three-hour steaming process that creates meat so tender it has to be hand-carved. Putting it through a conventional deli slicer would result in a pile of pastrami shreds," explains owner, Joe Langhan, a founder of the Food Network.
Since opening several innovations have emerged such as the "PLT" - pastrami, lettuce and tomato (with Dijon mayonnaise), the Pilgrim (fresh roasted turkey, stuffing, cranberry compote & mayo) and the "Strami Dog" - an all beef, all natural hot dog (no added nitrates) steamed in pastrami juice, topped with pastrami that comes in several different versions. These include the Rachel Dog (with baby Swiss cheese, fresh made coleslaw, and Russian dressing); the Reuben Dog (with baby Swiss cheese, fresh made sauerkraut, and Russian dressing); or the Spicy Dog (with Jalepeno mustard).SEE MENU
